We went over to his parent’s house late on Easter (partly because we were at mine for the afternoon) and he showed us pictures he took from his spring break in Bolivia, which he spent volunteering as a doctor! He was barely in any of them, but he had one with a few Bolivian children and strangely enough he looked pale next to them! Take a look at photos for reference… lol. I wonder how I would compare; I might even glow. I need to schedule a pool lounge.

I always crave shoes! And I really want brogues, can you tell? On top of that lately all I have thought about in terms of clothing is light colors and materials. I got used to colder weather this Florida winter and I honestly don’t know if I am ready for summer; sweating a few days ago was rather foreign. However, I was prepared with some of Tom’s Apricot deodorant! I even got several compliments from people thinking it was perfume. Little did they know…
Well, it is an essential Florida item (just as is an umbrella).

Boyfriend slept over and my parents made us breakfast. Crepes and Nutella (with some banana in there I might mention as well)… spoiled much? I would really like to think so.

I actually did not plan to have him sleep over. Last night I was supposed to cook us dinner, and so I told him to come around five o’clock. I was planning to make a summer inspired pasta with some lime juice and fresh spring onions and beans.
The thing is, I did not know beans took hours to cook. Here I go thinking I would do everything from scratch and then before you know it we are finally eating at 9 o’clock at night. Thankfully a) he isn’t naggy and b) grandma had baked some tasty bread before at the initial planned dinner time. Thank Lord for grandma.
